Re-Admit Students
Some students need to separate from the College during the course of their studies. While the reasons vary, as long as a student has not been permanently dismissed, the College seeks to determine the best time and manner for a student to return to the rigors of full-time study. To that end, the Readmission Committee, which is chaired by the Office of Enrollment Management, is comprised of those offices involved in the student’s separation. This process enables all parties to be involved in determining whether the student is most fully prepared to return for that semester. A student who has discontinued study in a degree-seeking program at Paul Quinn College and is now seeking readmission must be approved by all of the following offices:
- The Office of the Academic Affairs
- The Office of Student Affairs
- The Office of Student Financial Services
- The Office of Financial Aid
For readmission, please contact admissions@pqc.edu to begin the process.
Transfer Credits
In order to complete an official transfer credit evaluation, all official transcripts must be submitted for review. This allows for a more streamlined process and a quicker admission decision. Grades of C or better must be earned for credit to transfer. Only credit that applies to Paul Quinn College degree requirements will be transferred. Grades themselves do not transfer.
